Step V — Directory
New task? The guided wizard compiles the entire cleaning plan – inspection units, recommended frequency, time consumption and hours per week – based on your answers in three steps.
Step A — Dosing & dilution
Mix the chemicals correctly: dilution ratio → ml concentrate + water, conversion between ratio and percentage, and checking a mixture.
Step B — Time & planning
Plan the work: time required based on area and your own output rate (m²/hour) — per person and per week.
Step C — Quality control
Check the result: divide the area into DS/INSTA 800 inspection units, assess a room according to NIR Cleaning table 7, and check the temperatures in the kitchen's own-check.
Step D — Chemistry & method
Choose the right agent and the right method: pH scale (acidic/neutral/alkaline), disinfectant concentration, chlorine strength according to NIR and a correctly damp microfibre cloth.
Step E — Economy & consumption
Set price on the task: chemical cost per working solution and floor treatment per m² — calculated on your own prices and data sheet figures.
Tools that work in all subjects
Maths and templates that work in every trade — and at school. Every tool shows the formula and the working with your own numbers.
