Unlock Disinfection — working solution
Target concentration % → stock + water
Mix a disinfectant working solution: ml stock solution = litres · 1000 · (target % ÷ stock %); the rest is water. The calculator checks the target against the recommended ranges from SSI/the Danish EPA: alcohol 70–85 %, chlorine (hypochlorite, pH > 8–9) 0.1–0.5 % (1000–5000 ppm), quaternary ammonium 0.5–5 %. Note: for alcohol, ethanol and water do not mix additively (volume contraction ~3–4 %), so the amount of water is only indicative. Always follow the product's own instructions and contact time.
