Airport work is about getting the aircraft safely and on time through its time on the ground. It requires many specialized teams working in step under time pressure, and safety never gives way to pace.

How you practice
Draw an aircraft's ground course: arrival, unloading, preparation, loading, departure — and put words to who does what when. Practice giving and acknowledging short messages. It is the sequence and communication you need to know by heart.
