Lifting people only as an exception (BEK 428 annex 2)

Removable work basket for lifting people on the forklift forks under BEK 428/2022 annex 2: basket + load at most 500 kg, at most 2 persons, marked with the permitted load and number of persons. The basket must NOT be CE-marked under EU machinery legislation (item 2.16). A competent person carries out a static load test before first use and after every main inspection (§ 61). Lifting people with a forklift is only allowed as an exception (§ 59(3)).
