Unlock May I lift people with the forklift?
Work basket on the forks under BEK 428/2022 Annex 2
Lifting people with a forklift is only allowed exceptionally: brief, light and occasional tasks with a removable work basket (BEK 428/2022 § 59, subsection 3). The calculator checks Annex 2's figures: lifting capacity at least 4 × basket + load, basket + load at most 500 kg, at most 2 people, floor at most 1.2 × 1.2 m and at least 0.6 m² per person, fork wear at most 5 % and — for stackers and reach trucks — own weight at least 2,000 kg.
