How many passengers may stand?
The total number of passengers registered in the certificate is the binding limit; standing places = registered number − seats. Geometric capacity = floor area × utilisation / area per standing person. At most 6 standing places per m² of standing area can be approved, and the bus must be approvable for at least 4 (Executive Order 1487/2007 § 1) — a denser area norm is not counted.
