Unlock Passenger count with children
Is the bus full under the child rule?
The bus must not carry more persons than it is approved for. In a city bus and in a regular-service bus with at least 20 % standing places, children aged 4 and under are not counted, and 3 children aged 5-12 count as 2 adults (Executive Order 1487/2007 § 3). Counted = adults + 2·⌊children/3⌋ + the rest.
