Batch production time (setup + unit time)
Hvor lang tid tager hele ordren, og hvad er den effektive tid pr. stk. inkl. opstilling?
Answer: Beregneren lægger opstillingstiden (klargøring af maskine, opspænding, nulpunkt, prøveemne) sammen med styktiden gange antal emner, så du får den samlede tid for en ordre og den effektive styktid inkl. opstilling. Bruges til tilbud, planlægning og til at vurdere, om en batch kan nås i dag.
Formula
T_total = T_opstilling + n · T_stk
Effektiv styktid = T_total / n — viser hvor meget opstillingstiden 'fortyndes' ved en stor serie.
