Operator's role

Two assembly techniques

Quality

- 03Find the cause, fix it, verify — don't just scrap the piece.
- 04Traceability: keep track of materials, settings, and controls per batch.
Safety
- 01Never reach into a running machine — secure it first.
- 02Heat: oven, soldering equipment — watch out for burns and fire.
- 03Chemistry: know hazard labeling, use protective equipment, good ventilation.
- 04ESD: grounded strap, antistatic mat and packaging.
- 05Body: good work posture and breaks during repetitive work.
