§How you help a person with post-traumatic stress

The best thing you can do is link theory and practice. Read about what happens in the dough and then try it in the kitchen. Bake the same recipe several times and note what you change and what happens — then you learn to control the process instead of guessing.

Also practice talking about allergens and hygiene as if you were at the counter. If you can explain it simply to a customer, you've understood it.
