Lashing & tensioners
Ratchet straps for top-over and direct lashing
Polyester webbing straps with ratchet buckle for top-over and direct lashing. LC, STF and elongation must be marked on the label per EN 12195-2 — always read the values there.
For heavy loads and machinery
Quality chains in grade 8 or 10 with chain tensioners for direct lashing of heavy loads and machinery. The Lashing Capacity (LC) and quality grade are shown on the marking and datasheet.
To achieve correct pre-tensioning (STF)
Ratchet tensioners — also available with a long handle for greater pre-tension (STF). The STF achieved depends on the tensioner and is stated on the strap's label (EN 12195-2).
Til kæde- og kransurring af tung last

Friction & protection
Increases the friction between the load and the bed
Rubber-based mats in rolls or sheets that raise the friction to approximately µ ≈ 0.6 and thereby reduce the number of lashings required. The declared µ is given in the supplier data.
Protects the strap and load at sharp edges
Edge protectors that spread the pressure and protect both the strap and the load from sharp edges — and help the pre-tension reach all the way round. Choose according to edge radius and strap width.
Dækning af åbne læs mod vejr og spild

Blocking & stowage
Fills gaps and blocks the load
Inflatable dunnage bags that fill voids between load units and block them from shifting. Pressure class and size are chosen according to the gap and the load; follow the supplier's instructions.
Tensioned crosswise as a brace
Telescopic bars tensioned between side walls or rails that hold the load in place by blocking it. Holding force and span are stated in the data sheet.
Lashing points on the load bed
Airline tracks, lashing eyes and hooks that form anchor points for straps and chains. The points' permitted load must match the lashing's LC — look it up in the body's datasheet.
Emergency & safety equipment
Warning triangle, hi-vis vest, torch, fire extinguisher, first aid
Warning triangle, hi-vis vest, lamp, approved fire extinguisher and first-aid kit — the statutory emergency equipment in the vehicle. Requirements and approvals follow the applicable rules.
Wheel chocks and checking the wheel nuts
Wheel chocks / blocks for parking on a slope, a tyre-pressure gauge and a torque wrench for re-torqueing wheel bolts. Look up the tightening torque in the vehicle data.

Tachograph, driver card and consumables
Driver card, card reader and consumables for the digital/smart tachograph. New lorries over 3.5 t must have a 2nd-generation smart tachograph (EU 165/2014); recording follows EU 561/2006.
For dangerous goods and freight documents
Hazard placards, marking, eyewash and a document folder for CMR/waybills — the equipment and papers required when transporting dangerous goods. Contents follow ADR for the specific transport.
Mærkning ved transport af farligt gods
Orangefarvede fareskilte (40×30 cm, sort kant 15 mm) med UN-nummer og fareklasse, samt klasse-faresedler (diamantform) til emballagen. Kræves ved transport af farligt gods efter ADR 2025 (BEK nr. 915 af 26/06/2025). Skiltene skal kunne fjernes eller overdækkes ved tom/rengjort tank.
Påfyldning af SCR-additiv til Euronorm-motorer
Godkendt kande og tragt til påfyldning af AdBlue (ISO 22241) til lastbilens SCR-katalysator. Euro 6-lastbiler forbruger typisk 4–6 % AdBlue i forhold til brændstofforbrug. Kanden bør medtages på lange ture, da tom AdBlue-tank kan udløse motoreffektbegrænsning. Brug kun ISO 22241-certificeret AdBlue — forkert kemi ødelægger SCR-systemet.
